BALTER EVO-GW Gateway Module (Video Amplifier and Address Extension for more than 64 Participants)

The BALTER EVO gateway module is an additional element in modern door communication systems, especially those based on BALTER's 2-wire BUS technology. It serves as an interface and enables various functions that significantly expand the performance and flexibility of the entire system. (The system consists of a maximum of 4 door stations with cameras. Each door station can then be expanded with BALTER EVO door stations for 8 participants, extensions, and monitors.)

Video Amplification
The module improves the video transmission quality, especially with longer cable routes. This is particularly important for a clear and detailed image display on the indoor stations.

Address Extension
It enables a larger number of door stations and indoor stations to be connected to the system than would normally be possible with a simple BUS. (for more than 64 participants)

2-Wire BUS Technology
2-wire BUS technology ensures unrivaled ease and speed of installation. Two wires are enough to transmit video, audio, and power simultaneously - this minimizes the work and costs involved during installation. If EVO replaces an existing older door intercom system, the old wiring can normally be reused.
