Dreambox DM520 Mini HD Full HD E2 Linux Satellite Receiver (1x DVB-S2, PVR, USB, LAN, H.265, Black)

The new Dreambox DM520 Mini HD is a satellite receiver with a modern design and technical equipment at the highest level, setting new standards. The HDTV Dreambox supports the new H.265 video standard, which is required for DVB-T2 reception in Germany and many other countries.

A Broadcom chipset of the latest generation (BCM 73625) ensures fast switching times and smooth navigation. The DM520 mini comes with the popular RCU20 multi-remote control for Dreamboxes and playback devices such as TVs or Blu-ray players. The 256 MB flash memory typical of compact boxes is trumped by the DM520 with 512 MB, enough memory for innovative IP services. A number of apps are already being planned for this purpose. In addition, the DM520 also supports the Sat>IP standard. The Dreambox is connected to the Internet via the rear Ethernet port or optionally via WLAN.

The futuristic design of the DM520 mini with the colored status LED display embodies the innovative power for which the Dreamboxes are known worldwide. The DM520 mini has an illuminated touch on/off sensor on the front. On the back, there are two USB ports, among other things, which the user can use to restore the Dreambox in the event of a flash crash, without having to send it in.
