Overall, the frame, fork, seat post and handlebar are all made of carbon, which means that the Urtopia e-bike weighs 15 kilograms. So it's feather light to carry around.
Carbon fiber, also known as carbon, is one of the most technically advanced and beneficial materials available today. Carbon is significantly lighter than aluminum but more stable and durable than stainless steel. If you're still suspicious, rest assured, Urtopia had to put their e-bike through tests to meet the BS EN 14766 standard and passed it 35% better than required. A weight of 165 kilograms was loaded onto the e-bike a total of 100,000 times at a frequency of 3 Hz. The test was documented by video and uploaded to YouTube. Watch here!

When you have finished setting up the Urtopia e-bike, download the Urtopia app onto your phone and scan the QR code displayed on the smart bar so you have your e-bike on the app and always have it available.

OTA updates are “over-the-air updates”. What is meant by this is that the Urtopia updates itself "automatically" via the Internet and you do not have to connect it to the computer to download the latest software. Tesla was a pioneer in this technology and now Urtopia is the first bicycle manufacturer to follow suit. Urtopia itself promises to deliver more and more updates in the future to improve the "Quality of Life" of the e-bike and to keep the bike modern with new features in the longer term.
The voice control function can be used to operate the speed, the lock, the volume of the loudspeakers, the lighting, the turn signals and to switch the e-bike on and off. The exact commands are as follows.

The Urtopia e-bike has no gears and the manufacturer justifies this as follows:
Leaving out a manual transmission simplifies the maintenance of the e-bike, since a gear system is the most complicated part of the bike and is the fastest to cause defects. It is also the most difficult spot to clean.
The e-bike weighs significantly less without a manual transmission and is therefore weight-optimized.
Without changing gears, you can fully concentrate on the journey and the road traffic and do not have to worry about being in the right gear. This prevents accidents.
The toothed belt contributes to the simple and minimalist design.
The lack of shifting means there are no more abrupt load changes, which contributes to a smooth driving experience. The pace adaptation is carried out via the belt and the driving modes of the motor without any delays.
Because the e-bike is so light, 750 W of power, for example, would be far too much and would make the ride more unsafe and complicated. The e-bike was explicitly designed for a battery of 250 W power and more power would automatically mean a larger battery that doesn't fit into the frame as tailor-made as the 250 W one.
You can remove the battery for charging, but this is not a must. The connection is placed in such a way that it can also be charged and integrated into the bike. So it's up to you.
According to Urtopia, it takes 2.5 hours to fully charge the battery and the range is 100 kilometers or 62 miles in ideal conditions.
While the Urtopia can be locked using a smart bar, that doesn't mean it can't be carried away and stolen. Regardless of the features, you should always have a physical lock with which it can be connected to fixed objects such as bicycle racks.
Should it happen that the Urtopia is stolen from you, you can use the app to locate it via GPS and retrieve it.
